Product details

The API 6D ball valve is designed, manufactured and tested in strict accordance with API 6D (American Petroleum Institute Standard 6D) and complies with ASME B16.34, API 598 and other related standards, which is a core control valve for pipeline systems.

The valve body is available in split body or integral structure, with smooth internal flow channel, low flow resistance, and can be equipped with pigging function to meet the needs of pipeline maintenance.

Features:

1. Strict standard compliance: Fully meets API 6D, API 6FA/607 (fire-safe), NACE MR0175 (anti-sulfide stress cracking) and other standards, with reliable quality and traceability.

2. Excellent sealing performance: Adopts metal-to-metal or soft-seal structure, realizes zero leakage, and is equipped with emergency sealant injection system for emergency maintenance of seat and stem seals.

3. Stable operation: Trunnion-mounted design reduces operating torque, with anti-static, anti-blowout stem and low-friction bearing structure, ensuring precise operation and long service life.

4. Convenient maintenance: Split body or top-mounted structure, supports on-line maintenance, and the valve seat and internal parts can be replaced without removing the valve from the pipeline, saving time and labor.

5. Strong adaptability: Customizable material and structure, suitable for low temperature (-101℃~350℃), high pressure, corrosive and abrasive media, meeting diverse industrial needs.

Selection of API 6D Ball Valve:
